One person, one clear purpose
Solo is the individual-work concept. Think of a video meeting, a call or a focused task. Describe the equipment you expect to bring and the way you prefer to sit or work. These details help establish what the final configuration needs to support.
Make space for two perspectives
Duo explores face-to-face seating and a shared table. It is a starting point for a catch-up, an interview or work between two colleagues. Consider whether you need to share a screen, use a laptop or simply talk without occupying a larger meeting room.
Bring a small group together
Meet is the four-person concept, centred on a shared meeting table. Think about the discussion itself: a project review, a planning session or a hybrid call. If people will join remotely, include the equipment and connectivity you expect to use in the brief.
Compare the things you know—and ask about the rest
The comparison page shows the intended uses and design directions of the three concepts. It deliberately leaves final dimensions, acoustic performance and commercial details for a model-specific proposal. A concept render can communicate an idea, but it cannot verify a specification.
Your workplace may need more than one format
A combination can be a better starting point than repeating one type everywhere. Use the planner to record quantities and finish preferences for each format, and explain the reasons behind your mix in the project notes.
About this collection
ModulPods is a concept collection. Final products, specifications and suitability are confirmed for each project. The planning articles are conversation starters, not technical approvals.
