Begin with the working day

Before choosing a pod, look at the moments when your team needs a different setting. Is it the daily video call, a concentrated hour with a document, or a conversation that would otherwise occupy a large meeting room? A useful brief describes these moments in plain language.

Choose a mix, not just a number

The Solo concept is a starting point for individual work. Duo explores a setting for two people, while Meet is intended for small-team discussions. The right mix depends on your team’s use cases. Speak with the people who will use the spaces and separate recurring needs from occasional ones.

Give placement the same attention as appearance

Walk the proposed location. Think about the routes people take, the direction a door would open, nearby social areas and the position of shared desks. Record floor area, ceiling height and the delivery route. Keep these as planning notes until you have the dimensions and clearances for the exact model.

Plan the everyday details

Consider who can book the pod, how long a typical session lasts, what equipment is needed and who looks after the space. A beautiful finish is one part of the experience; furniture, lighting, ventilation and practical access belong in the same discussion.

Turn the idea into a brief

Use the ModulPods planner to save a preferred mix of formats, finishes and furniture. Add your location and the things that matter to your team, then download the brief to share with your ModulTech contact. Final specifications, suitability and pricing are confirmed through the proposal process.
